I offer the following. On 24 November 1753, at Weaverthorpe (ERY), one William GRISSE married one Jane ROUSBY (I have not tried to find their ancestors). They appear to have had a few children at Weaverthorpe including one Robert GRISE (Grice) who was baptised at Weaverthorpe on 24 Sep 1769.
This Robert GRICE is probably the one who marries the fair Eleanor DICKINSON ON 24 August 1792 at Brompton by Sawdon, NRY (but still nearby) (Lots of Dickinsons in this parish) . This couple appear to have had, at least, the following children (all identifed on the IGI as children of Robert and Eleanor (Ellinor, Elenor, Ellen and Eleanor)).

There are masses of relatives at Weaverthorpe.

Robert GRICE (1807) has children by Ann (Maiden name unknown). I did notice that an LDS member has submitted that he married an Ann HARRISON, born 1804 in Birdsall ERY, at Wintringham in 1832 and she is nominated as the mother of a couple of the children. Unfortunately no such wedding is listed for Wintringham although one Ann Harrison did marry a Jonathon Hodgson on 9 Nov 1829 at Wintringham. Further no such Ann Harrison is shown for the births in Birdsall. The information submitted may still be correct but it should be treated with a great deal of caution. Additionally the LDS submitter gives Robert a death date of 8 Jul 1891 and Ann as 14 Jan 1878 but no locality is advised.

Robert GRICE and Ann UNKNOWN are shown as the parents for the baptisms of the following children at Rillington:

Laban bp 1 Sep 1835 (family name?)
Ann bp 9 Sep 1838 (not previously mentioned by you)
Dickinson bp 2 May 1840 (Note: named after paternal g'ma)

The IGI does not show the birth of a daughter Ellen in 1843 but there is an Ellen Grice appearing for the Births in Malton District for the 3rd Quarter 1843. (Malton District covers parts of both ERY and NRY) Vol 24 but page indistinct - transcriber advises either 454 or 474) The birth details should include information identifying the mother. Note that this Ellen Grice should not be confused with Ellen Grice bapt 25 Dec 1844 at Weaverthorpe, daughter of Robert Grice and Mary nee Hanson.

The only real block is the problem with the identity of Ann wife of Robert Grice. This could be solved by the above birth certificate or, probably even better, the death certificate of Ann which, presumably being Australian, should provide a wealth of detail including date and place of birth, maiden name, and all children, both living and deceased.

Please note that I am not presenting any of the above linkages as fact. They look good and valid but further research is needed to obtain real validation.
