Malden 1661 [deposition dated 15 Feb 1685-6 aged about 24], d. 21 Mar 1690-1 [citing Middlesex probate records, and noting "There is a tradition in the family that he was killed at Dunstable [now Nashua] by the Indians. This is not improbable; but no record has been found to confirm it."], m. abt 1682 Elizabeth Hills [proved by deed].
    [Note: it appears that Vinton misinterpreted the date in the probate, probably being 21 Mar 1689/90, though the writing is not crystal clear.]
