A transcription of his PCC will:

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Freeman the Elder of Northend in the parish of Burton Dassett in the County of Warwick yeoman that is to say First I give unto my Son William Freeman and my Daughter Elizabeth Freeman all my Monies and Securities for Money upon Trust that they the said William Freeman my Son and my said Daughter Elizabeth Freeman or Survivor of them his or her Executors or admors do and shall pay the Interest and Increase of my said Monies and Securities for money unto my wife Elizabeth Freeman for and during the term of her natural life and from and after her decease do and shall after my said Daughter Elizabeth Freeman shall have taken I do further thereout the sum of fifty pounds for her own use to whom I do hereby give the same part and divide the rest and residue of my said Monies and Securities for money equally between them my said Son William and my said Daughter Elizabeth equally between them share and share alike subject nevertheless to and I do hereby charge the rest and residue of my said monies and Securities for money with the monthly(?) payment of Two Shillings unto my Grand Daughter Mary Freeman Daughter of my late Son Charles to commence and begin from the time of the decease of my said wife until my said Grand Daughter shall attain her age of Fourteen years and no longer and also with the payment of the sum of Forty pounds unto my said Grand Daughter at her age of Twenty one years but if she dies before that time the Legacy to lapse all the rest and residue of my personal Estate Goods Chattles and Effects whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my said Son William Freeman and my said Daughter Elizabeth Freeman their Executors admors and assigns equally to be divided between them share and share alike and I nominate and appoint the said William Freeman my Son and the said Elizabeth Freeman my Daughter joint Executor and Executors of this my last will and publishing and declaring this as and for my last will and Testament In witness whereof I the said William Freeman the Elder have hereunto set my hand and Seal this ninth day of May one thousand Eight hundred and Six William Freeman Sen ** Signed Sealed and published and declared by the said William Freeman the Elder as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto Subscribed our names as witnesses John Grant John Dury

This Will was proved at London the fifth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and eight before the Right Honorable Sir William Wynne Knight Doctor of Laws Master Rector or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oaths of William Freeman the Son of the said deceased and Elizabeth Freeman Spinster the Daughter of said deceased and the Executors named in the said will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the Costs Chattels and Credits of the said deceased they having been first sworn by Commission only to administer.
