William Floyd (December 17, 1734 – August 4, 1821) was an American politician from New York, delegate to the Continental Congress, and a signer of the Continental Association and the United States Declaration of Independence. He is one of the Founding Fathers of the United States.

Abraham Lincoln was his second cousin twice-removed.
