Thank you for your reply. The only info I currently have is that he died in 1960 ,middle name Venton and had a brother Ed. Married Ada Jane George. I'm getting more info from my Mom soon but as she is the oldest living member of that line if she doesn't know I'll be stuck without outside help.Gail

Yes, I didn't even think of it. Actually George Emeline were his grandpar. His parents were Franklin P. Dupler Mary Adelea Nixon. George was the son of John Dupler Catherine Shrider. Emeline was the gr'dau of Johns bro Phillip Dupler Elizabeth Ansbach. All this info is at familysearch.org. Elaine

Looks like we are related somehow, I can never get the third cousin twice removed thing down.I have been researching this for just a few weeks and I am so glad our timing was good. I just looked at my hand notes and my Grandmother Georgia had a younger sister named Bessie. There were five kids Georgia Francis(called fancy), Bessie,Walter, Alice and Clifford. I believe Alice and Walter are still alive in Wyandotte Michigan.Anyway, my mothers mother was Ada Jane (George) Dupler from Ada Ohio married to William Venton Dupler from Thornville Ohio. She had one brother named William who was born deaf/mute. They lived in Thurston Ohio and she died there. Do we have a match? Her parents were Isaac George and Elizabeth Hodge. I posted a family tree under Hooker(my moms maiden name)so the info if you type in her name should come up if you go to the family tree site. I can get it back as far as her grandparents then it gets fuzzy but I will be meeting with my mom in Oct. to do more searching through her records. I have pics of Ada if you are interested I can get my husband to assit me in getting them on to the site. Where do you live? Sounds like we amy be the same age if Ada was your G grandmother

Hey there, I knew you would be waiting to hear and would get back quickly. There is noi doubt that we are related and Elaine too! I am trying to update the info in the family tree so you an get a good look at family, putting notes when I have the extra fun info. So far I can get this back to Ada's great grandparents. It's like this, as far as I can figure it out anyway. Ada George married William Dupler. William's parents were Franklin D. and Adelia Dixon. Franklins parents were George Dupler and Emiline Dupler, they were cousins. Here's how. Georges parents were John Dupler and Margaret Hertzog, Emiline parents were Emanuel Dupler and Margaret Foy. On the george side we get to Adas parents Isaac George and Elizabeth Hodge. Isaac's parents Daniel George and Elizabeth M.Hardy. Elizabeth's parents were Daniel Hodge and Jane Polling. I did get info that both Daniel's served in the Civil War in units from ohio but not togther. I have Isaac and Elizabeth marriage and death records. I also have Franklins death records and Adelia (Dixon) Duplers death records. My Mom remembers your Mom and grandmom, wants to know if Bessie is still alive?Go ahead and contact her.
