  13. ↑ The 1900 Census listed Fay and his family resided at 501 West 7th Steet still ing Mt. Vernon. Sometime before 1909 (the Fay Crowder family is not listed in the 1909-1910 Mt. Vernon City Directory), the family moved to Evansville where in 1910 they were living at 1217 Division Street. We find them at 212 Delaware St. in 1920. And by 1930, they are living 1122 E. Virginia Street where they were still living at the time of Faye's death in 1945.
  14. ↑ From 1910 until 1930 he worked in Evansville, IN. First in 1910 as a machine hand at the electric light company in Evansville. Then in 1920, he was employed by a packing company an 'engineer'. Finally in 1930, he was working at Southern Indiana Gas and Electric Company as an electrical engineer.
