William and Philip, sons of Augustine Boyer Sr. John Boyer son of Richard Boyer who received 495 acre Philips Neglect. Thomas Boyer son of Augustine Boyer Jr. who received 100 acre Rich Level Thomas Boyer son of Nathaniel Boyer who received 100 acres of Indian Tract. Brother Augustine Boyer, Phyllis and Rebecca Boyer daughter of brother Augustine Boyer Sr. and Susan Mercer. The next of kin signing the will were, Augustine Boyer (brother), Rachel Boyer (sister), Penelopy (wife) and William Rasin.
