It's now the University of Maryland Medical School. When I wrote their Archivist a few years ago asking about my grandfather (who graduated about the same time your ancestor did), she sent a wonderful packet including old class lists, dates my g'father matriculated & graduated & a picture of the school as it was when he attended.
