William Beck of Kent County, Planter sold to Abel Chandler and Hannah his wife, daughter of William Beck, 50 acres Addition to Killingsworthmore on the west side of New Bridge Branch and the contiguous 11.5 acres of Partnership willed to him by William Wallis together with all houses, buildings, gardens... The price was $40.
Their is an Isabella Hepron associated with Howells Farm which Nathaniel Pearce was also associated with.

Hugh Willis and John Ecleston signed inventory as creditors and Iszobello Heron and Mary Dowlon signed as kin. Also mentions dwelling with brick chiminy formerly owned by Walter Walters (William Wallis?).
