  4. In Source:Jacobus, Donald Lines. Hale, House and Related Families, Mainly of the Connecticut River Valley, p. 248, Jacobus says Warriner, b. 11 Nov 1793, "bapt. 31 Aug. 1794", d. 22 Apr 1810 in 17th year. The baptism record, as published, reads as cited with no date, but it is the first record of 1794. The first three baptisms of 1794 have no specific date, followed by records for 10 Aug, and finally 31 Aug which belongs to a different Hale family (Ruth, d/o John and Clara Hale). The previous record before 1794 starts is 8 Sep 1793. So it would appear this is an error by Jacobus, and the baptism is probably very early in 1794, as would be more normal for a birth in November 1793.
