  3.   Mr. Walter Naill, Jr., age 65 of Upland, California, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2007 near Tacoma, Washington. Mr. Naill was born April 21, 1942 in Houston, Texas and was a 1960 graduate of John F. Dulles High School.
    Mr. Naill was a graduate of Texas A&M University in 1965 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and he had also received a degree in aviation from San Jacinto College in Pasadena.
    Mr. Naill was a veteran of the U. S. Navy having served as a lieutenant commander and had also served on the Admirals staff for two years, as a U. S. Navy Recruiting Officer for eight years, the submarine services for six years, a Nuclear Weapons Safety Instructor for six years and a member of the Naval Reserve for 39 years. Mr. Naill was a certified flight instructor for single and multiple engine airplanes.
    Mr. Naill was a member of Reserve Officer Association, American Rifleman's Association, Aviation Owners, Pilots Association, Texas A&M Club of Tulsa and of the residential sales council of Realtor National Marketing Institute receiving Graduate Realtors Institute designation.
    Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law Carol and Keith Hitt, of Midlothian; mother Lillian Naill, of Crockett; brother Jerry Naill, of Conroe; sister Sharon Naill, of Laredo; grandchildren Morgan Crump, Aaron Hitt and Christian Hitt of Midlothian; aunt Evelyn Allegar and husband Bruce, of Brazoria; uncle Charlsie Jacobs and wife Eileen, of Georgetown; nephews Jason Jones and Johnny Jones; nieces Shonda Haag, Michelle Wilkison and Shey Stitt; special friends Roy and Jane Mullican, of Midlothian; numerous great-nieces, great-nephews and many cousins.
    Preceded in death by his father Walter E. Naill, Sr.; and nephew Brandon Naill.
    Military graveside funeral services for Mr. Walter Naill, Jr. were held Friday, July 6, at 2:00 p.m. in the Evergreen Memorial Park
