Wade Monroe Is Taken By Death Wade Hampton Monroe of Elkview, near Charleston, died Tuesday morning in a Charleston Hospital following a few days illness. He was 68 years of age, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Asa Monroe of Big Bend. He had been an employee of the South Penn Oil company for the past several years. Surviving are one son, Earl at Elkview; a brother, Will Monroe of Walker, W.Va., and a sister, Mrs. Hannah Reed of Friendly.
