Hamilton Advocate Hamiltonian, Hamilton, Missouri January 14, 1932 MRS. CHAS E. BISHOP DEAD Viola V. Bishop passed away Thursday morning, Jan 7, 1932, at 5 o'clock at her late home near Kingston, Mo. She was born Nov. 20, 1868, on a farm near Cross Creek, Pa., a daughter of the late John S. and Emily Vance. Early in life she united with the Cross Creek Presbyterian church and later with the Kingston Presbyterian church. She is survived by her husband, Charles E. Bishop, and three step-children as follows: Callie of Los Angeles, Calif.; Ted of Tucson, Ariz., Beryl of Polo. Also by the following brothers, Jerome of Kittanning, Pa., Thomas W. of Steubenville, Ohio, Joseph G. of Cross Creek, Pa., John F. of Philadelphia, Pa., Frank of Mercer, Pa., and one sister, Mrs. L. Elice Foster of Burgettstown, Pa. Those who attended the funeral of Mrs. Bishop from a distance were a sister, Mrs. L. Elice Foster from Burgettstown, Pa.; two cousins, Wm. and Miss Bessie Lee fro m Lee's Summitt, Mo.; Miss Lulla Bishop and Mrs. May Anderson, cousins of Mr. Bishop, from Knoxville, Iowa, and Mrs. Laura Tobin from Knoxville, Iowa, Mr. Moberly from Lee's Summitt, Mo.
