… perhaps a sister of Thomas Cooper who came from Hingham, England, to Hingham, Mass. The will of Joseph Peck made "my brother Thomas Cooper" a supervisor. Thomas Cooper had known sisters Rebecca and Ann. Samuel Peck, eldest son of Joseph Peck by his second wife, named his first daughter Ann, his fourth daughter Rebecca. Rebecca Clark, the first wife, was sister of Mary Clark wife of Edward Gilman and of Margaret Clark wife of Anthony Cooper, and the Gilman and Cooper families were among those who came with the Pecks from Hingham, England, 1635-38.
