Tracy Wilbur Ross, son of Elmer and Olive (Tracy) Ross was born on 25 September 1893 in Menoken (Shawnee County), Kansas. He is sometimes listed as Wilbur Tracy. He is named in the will of his great-great uncle, Pierson Cory Conklin. He died on 10 April 1946 in Parkville (Platte County), Missouri. He was the father of two sons. The older son died as a child.
