    The Daily Times-News on Tuesday, October 19, 1971(Burlington, North Carolina) Timothy Cicero Isley of Rt 5, Burlington, died Monday in a Greensboro rest home following several years of declining health. A native of Alamance County Mr. ISLEY was the son of the late Jacob L. and Matilda Phillippi ISLEY. He was first married to the late Mrs.. Roberta Alexander ISLEY, and later became the husband of the late Mrs.. Fannie ISLEY Anderson ISLEY. He was a retired farmer and a member of Friendship United Methodist Church. include one sister, Mrs.. Moody Shoffner of Rt. 2, Snow Camp. Final rites will be held Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock at Friendship United Methodist Church. The Rev. George Davis, pastor, will conduct the service. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will remain at Rich and Thompson Mortuary in Burlington until taken to the church to lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service. The family will be at the mortuary tonight from 7 to 9 o'clock
