NC naming: son JOSEPH - to get slaves Lillis, Silie, Sall, Mariah, Rachael, Betsy, Mariah, Mandee & Harriett and boys Anderson & Bob & Sam. Also to pay money to his borther John or for some suitable trade. Also to pay his sister Elizabeth WILSON $100 dollars or the same in suitable trade son ELIJAH - to get "a negro woman by the name of Jinn", Harry, Chapis (?), Linda (?) Salle (who was Jinn's youngest daughter) and Will son THOMAS - to get slaves Dick and Dick's wife, Vilet "also Vilet's Sall and all her children" and boys Leander, Squire, Nelson, Zachary, Alford, Jason & Burton. He was also to pay the heirs of Martin ANGEL which he had by Rebecca my daughter $150 to be paid in some good trade at the country selling price. Also to receive all my stock of all kinds. son WILLIAM - a tract of land in section 11, District 10 for 140 acres and part of a tract Thomas had purchased along with George DICKEY.
