p. 232 - May Term, 11th day, 10 June 1886 Estate of Thomas V. Rash, deceased Matilda J. Rash widow of deceased and James F. Rash, the only son of deceased residing in this state. Deceased died 4 June 1886 at his residence in this county. John S. Hart, public administrator to administer estate; John Hamlin and Henry Gatrel as witnesses p. 311 - February Term, 5th day, 18 February 1887 not enough funds to pay debts, therefore sale of real estate requested, notice to be published, and "all persons interested in the estate to be notified" p. 361 - August term, 2nd day, 9 August 1887 Widow Matilda J. Rash has paid all debts out of her own funds, and value of the estate is not more than is allowed by law; therefore administration of the estate is suspended and the estate has been turned over to her.
