Petition 16 Apr 1740 labels Olive Winkley "Widow", Jane Phipps "minor", and Sarah wife of Joseph Chadbourne of Berwick ME. 24 Aug 1741 Jane Phipps chooses stepfather John Pray of Portsmouth as guardian. 26 May 1746: citations issued to Mrs. Mary Pray formerly widow of Thomas Phipps, Joseph Chadbourne and his wife Sarah, Mary Greeley, Cyprian Jeffries and his wife Olive Jeffries, and Jane Phipps, "being all ye Deceased heirs I Could find."
