9 Jan 1693[/94]: Deposition of Hanna ffrost of Charlestowne Widdow that a writing that concerned Thomas Pierce & his mother referring to a lease or agreement between them was left with her husband ffrost and after his death with Thomas Pierce, which she showed to Jonathan & John Pierce and Jonathan Pierce took it. Jonathan Pierce acknowledged he had "said writing".
