On 8 Nov. 1718 Thomas Morehouse of Westerly conveyed land at Fairfield to John Morehouse of Fairfield; on 15 July 1717 Catherine and Samuel Allen of Westerly conveyed to 'brother Thomas Morehouse of Westerly'; on 6 Sept. 1717 Mary and David Tillotson of Lyme, CT conveyed to 'brother Thomas Morehouse of Westerly.' Thomas4 Morehouse died 17 Feb. 1769 at Saybrook, CT. The distribution of his estate was dated 22 March 1769 and names Andrew, eldest son, Thomas, second son, John, third son, Joanna, eldest dau., Mary second dau., Elizabeth third dau., and Prudence fourth dau."
