Thomas Ligman III November 2001 Thomas Allen Ligman III, 55, a 40-year resident of Indio, died Nov. 9, 2001, in Indio. He was born Sept. 11, 1946, to Thomas Allen and Ann Jackoboski Ligman in Tacoma, Wash. He married Janie Dean on May 25, 1968, in Indio. He was an insurance agent with Allstate Insurance Company for 27 years and served in the Army from 1966 to 1967. He is survived by his wife, Janie of Indio; two sons, Thomas A. IV of La Quinta and Barry of Ocean Beach; two brothers, Michael of Florida and Richard of Cathedral City; his sister, Barbara of Indio; and three grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Coachella Valley Cemetery under the direction of FitzHenry Funeral Homes, Indio.
