Upon arrival to assemble the Council.   • Lists of names of which the respective Councils in the Leeward Islands were filled. Various lists, drawn up by Col Codrington, Mr Cary, Mr Weaver, and Mr Vernon with observations on the various choices by Cary and Weaver. Finally the names agreed by the council.
