He leaves his daughter, Kitty Haycock. $1.00, same to daughters Elizabeth Powell, and Nancy Bowman. He leaves also $1.00 each to the heirs of his late son, Thomas Gray, who died at Fort Scott, Kansas.

After Sarah dies, all the real estate and property go to sons John Gray, Phillip Gray, & Henry Gray, and to daughters Sallie Tucker, wife of Martin Tucker, Mary Coleman, wife of Charles Coleman, and Hester Bird, wife of Joseph Bird.
