Thomas FENIMORE Jr was born in 1760 in , New Jersey. He served in the military on 12 Apr 1793 in New Jersey. On the 12 th of April in 1793 Thomas enlisted in the Township of Springfield in the Burlington County, New Jersey Militia. He was working as a Judge of Court of Common Pleas in 1818 in Burlington Co. New Jersey. He died in 1821. In April of 1818 Thomas was he Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in Burlington, New Jersey when he signed a statement that a black man named Oliver Cromwell had been known by him for over 30 years. (Oliver was a drummer in the Revolutionary War and had military discharge papers signed by General George Washington on 5 May 1783. It is believed that Thomas is the same that purchased the Fenimore house in Burlington, New Jersey in 1802 according to DeCou in 1945. Parents: Thomas FENIMORE and Mary HARKER . He was married to Ann GASKILL on 3 Apr 1800 in Mount Holly, Burlington, New Jersey. He was sealed to spouse on 7 Oct 1975 in the Provo Utah LDS temple. Children were: Mary FENIMORE , Francis FENIMORE, Edward FENIMORE.
