"It is my will and desire that my sons Micajah and Nicholas have nothing as they have received their portion of my estate.

I hereby constitute my wife, Elizabeth the executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me. It is my will that my debts and funeral charge be paid before distribution of my estate.

Homeplace (mansion) to my wife, a negro boy named Hiram. If my wife dies or remarries, Hiram and the rest of my negroes and estate and personal property to my four daughters, Polly, Christina, Louisa and Eliza, except household and kitchen to remain in the mansion.
