Gent'n", dated 2 Feb 1759, proved 20 Aug 1765, names wife Mehetabell [Negro girl named [Rose?] ]; four Daughters viz Mary Elisabeth Susana & Hannah; granddaughter Sarah Buckminster daughter of my son Samuel Buckminster Dec'd; Deborah Buckminster my son Samuels widow. Josiah Dwight Esq'r and Tilly Rice yeoman both of Springfield my sons In Law to be executors.
    5 Aug 1765: Tilly Rice and Josiah Dwight assent to serving as executors.
    7 Sep 1765: Account of Thomas Buckminster late of Brookfield Dec'd: not totalled (£315.5.5 personal from accounting), real £1000, by W'm ayres, Jed'h Foster.
    30 Apr 1771: Account of Tilly Rice Surviving Executor of Tho's Buckminster Late of Brookfield Gentleman Dec'd, allowed. Includes receipt of [Tilly? looks like Sully but matches signature of account itself which is signed by Tilly] Rice, Phinhas Upham, Elizabeth Dwight for particular legacy allowed per will.
