    Agreement of heirs of Thomas Briggs of Taunton, dated 5 May 1696, signed by: sons Thomas Briggs (eldest), Daniel Briggs & Samuel Briggs; & by Uriah Leonard of Taunton (who purchased the portion of Susannah Cobb, wife of John Cobb & daughter of the deceased Thomas Briggs). Samuel Briggs to take care of his aged mother.
