'THOMAS ABBE, son of John and Mary ( ) Abbe, born probably in Wenham, Mass., about 1650 to 1656; died in Enfield, Conn., May 17, 1728. He was a witness to a deed made by his father conveying property to his brother Samuel, March 29, 1675.'

↑ A birth date of 5 Feb 1656 (in Wenham) appears in the IGI, but this appears to be a confusion with the birth date of his nephew Thomas Abbe (son of his brother John), who was born 5 Feb 1667/68 as per Wenham VR. There is no record for the birth of this Thomas in the Wenham VR.
