Mentions: 1) the farm whereon he now lives (to be jointly occupied by Abraham and Jacob); 2) the windmill (to Jacob and Abraham). Executors: son in law Peter Auglstine and Zalmon Ludington , both of Adison Twp. Witnesses: John Collier, Jr., George Was, and John France. Will dated 22 Nov 1828. Codicil added same day mentions daughter Katherin Imfield. Will proved 4 Feb 1833 by John France. On 8 Feb 1833 Zalmon Ludington renounced his executorship.
