HEART TROUBLE CAUSES OF MRS. WIDMAN

Well Known Resident of Rice Township Passed Away Monday

     Mrs. Henry Widman, 68, widely known Rice township woman and long time resident of Sandusky county, died Monday morning at 7:40 at her home following a four weeks illness of heart trouble.
    Mrs. Widman suffered a heart attack four weeks ago. Her condition the past week has been critical.The body was removed to the Ochs mortuary and was to be returned to the home monday afternoon.

Rites Wednesday

    Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 9 o'clock from St. Joseph's church, and burial will be made in St. Joseph's cemetery. Rev. Carl F. Reineck of Edgerton, cousin of Mrs. Widman, will officiate at the requiem high mass. Rev. J. R. Waechter giving the sermon.
    Mrs. Widman is survived by her husband, five daughters, four sons, five brothers, four sisters and 15 grandchildren. One son, John, died in infancy, and a brother, Will Sneider, died three years ago.

  The children are Carl, Urban, Sylvan, and Clemense Widman, Mrs. Joe Naderer, Mrs. Frank Scheible of Lakewood, Mrs. Wilson Parks and Misses Loretta and Elizabeth Widman. Sisters and brothers are John M. Sneider, Frank J. Sneider, Gephart Sneider, Ben Sneider and Roman Sneider of Toledo, Mrs. Josephine Miller, Mrs. Joseph Gieble of Toledo,  Mrs. William Eberly and Mrs. Mary Mathes of Lakewood.
    Mrs. Widman's maiden name was Susan Balbina Sneider. She was born in Fremont March 31, 1868, the daughter of John G. and Mary Reineck Sneider. On May 12, 1892 she was married to Henry Widman at St. Joseph's church, with Father Widman, brother of her husband, officiating.
    Mrs. Widman was a devoted member of St. Joseph's church and belonged to the Confraternity, the Rosary Society, the Mothers Club and the Benevolent Society.
