    "481. Simeon (Lothrup, born in Norwich Aug. 4, 1753, and married, Dec. 9, 1781, Elizabeth Calkins of Bozrah, where he settled. He died in 1786, and his widow married Jesse Abel, Esq., of Bozrah, son of Samuel and Elizabeth (Sluman) Abel, by whom she had six other children. She died Aug. 2, 1826. In the distribution of his estate, July 4, 1786, he is called Simeon, Jun., and the following parties are his heirs: His widow, his eldest son Giles, second son Simeon, and Hannah his youngest child."
