Shirley J. Loughner, 73, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009, in Oak Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 9, 1935, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Snyder and Helen (Shutt) Kemerer. Prior to retirement she was employed by Wilson Candy Co., of Jeannette, and she was a member of Charter Oak United Methodist Church, Greensburg. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey L. "Buck" Loughner; two sisters, Helen Crise and Gertrude Hauger; and two brothers, Walter Robert Kemerer and David E. Kemerer. She is survived by two daughters, Debra Watkins and her husband, Jim, of Houston, Texas, and Sharon Bradshaw and her husband, Miles, of Galion, Ohio; two grandchildren, Abbie Bradshaw and Aaron Watkins; two sisters, Emma Jean Houser and Marjorie Matthews, both of Jeannette; and brother, Fred Kemerer and his wife, Elaine, of Greensburg; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME INC., 201 North First St., Jeannette. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. David Eversdyke officiating. Interment will be in Jeannette Memorial Park, Penn Township
