  3. Daniel Hastings, with wife Experience, as son of Isaac Hastings, in 1832, sells his right to his father's estate and any right he has in real estate sold to Samuel Warren Jr and Jonathan W. Warren being reversion rights given him by the last will of Joseph Whipple late of Grafton deceased. Joseph Whipple's will of 1823 bequeaths to daughter Sarah Hastings, to go at her death to her illegitimate daughter Anna Atwood and her son Daniel Hastings..
