For the past two years THE TRUE REPUBLICAN has given a list of the deaths fir the preceeding year of the aged and well know citizens. The expressions of intense interest taken by old residents -- here and in distant places -- in these mortuary lists leads ot the compiling of this list for 1894, which properly commences with a death on the night of December 31, 1893, and not recorded in the list for that year. The death list for 1893 had 40 names.
