Sarah Meakins was baptised on 27th December 1812 at Eversholt in Bedfordshire, daughter of Mary Meakins, formerly Simkins, and her husband John Meakins, a labourer. Sadly, Sarah died when she was eleven years old, being buried at Eversholt on 18th February 1824.
