    Vol. 47, p. 103 24 May 1762: Simeon Duncan of Worcester husbandman for 5 shillings paid by his mother Sarah Duncan of Worcester widow mortgages land and housing in Worcester of 76 acres bought of Sam'l Dunkin, but if Simeon Duncan, his heirs and administrators, provide for Sarah in sickness and health during her naturall life then null and void.
