Vol. 19, p. 395 28 May 1745: Uriah Parmenter of Sudbury cooper & Sarah Parmenter wife of said Uriah, James Stone of Worcester weaver and Abigail Stone his wife, the said Sarah and Abigail being Daughters of John Duncan Late of Worcester have received of our Mother Sarah Duncan Executrix of the Last will of John Duncan the full of what belongs to us out of the personal estate of the deceased.
Vol. 24, p. 567 16 May 1748: Simeon Duncan of Worcester Yeoman for £17 conveys to Samuell Duncan of Worcester Yeoman 2 acres part of Simeon's place, and Sarah Duncan of Worcester widdow who by virtue of the Last will and Testatment of John Duncan late of Worcester deceas'd & Father of ye Grantor and Grantee has her dower ... for a valuable consideration gives up and surrender all her right of dower.
Vol. 47, p. 103 24 May 1762: Simeon Duncan of Worcester husbandman for 5 shillings paid by his mother Sarah Duncan of Worcester widow mortgages land and housing in Worcester of 76 acres bought of Sam'l Dunkin, but if Simeon Duncan, his heirs and administrators, provide for Sarah in sickness and health during her naturall life then null and void.
