    link 1757 Guardianship: son Samuel Woodbury chooses Jonathan Hart. Other guardianship papers not reviewed. 18 Dec 1758 Admin Nicholas Woodbury brother of the late Samuel Woodbury names heirs including children Francis (son), Dorcus, Dixey, Rebecca, Judith. Note Francis, Dixey and Docus appear to have all died bef 1772/3. No provision is made for eldest Son Samuel whose birth is recorded in vital records and for whom we find guardianship papers. Perhaps he was dec'd or had already rec'd his share. Several of Samuel Woodbury's children acknowledge receipt of their share of his estate from his son Curtis Woodbury including Docus Cleaves rec'd of my brother Curtis Woodbury Later Nathan Cleaves husband of his late wife Docus 17 Aug 1772 and of the late Francis and Judith. Rebecca Woodbury and her husband Robert Woodbury also her share of her late brother and sister (26 Jan 1773) Frances and Judith Woodbury.
