  2. Samuel King is a common name, so searching results do not stand out. Little has been found on the Samuel King who married Bethiah, but a survey of deeds in New Salem, strongly hint his father was Samuel Danvers, whose wife was Mary. This presumably make Samuel and Bethiah cousins, Samuel being Ebenezer's older brother. More research is needed.

The father selling to this man land in New Salem:
Hampden deed 10:70 19 Nov 1755: Sam'll King of Danvers for £79 conveys to Sm'll King Jun'r of Danvers Labourer lot #34 in second division of New Salem.

The father has a wife named Mary:
Hampden deed 23:610 24 Nov 1768: Samuel King of Danvers [also signed by Mary King] for £8 conveys to William Larned of New Salem lot #104 in fourth division of New Salem.

The father has died by this date:
Franklin deed 15:47 20 Jun 1778: Samuel King of New Salem for £100 conveys to Nathan Vaughan of New Salem lot #3 in third division of New Salem originally drawn by Samuel King Deceas'd.

This man sells the lot bought from his father (and other parcels) to his son:
Franklin deed 46:357 20 Mar 1795: Samuel King of New Salem for £500 conveys to my son Samuel King of New Salem lots #33 and #34 in second division of New Salem plus common land and part of second divison lot #35.
