    "[13] Samuel, … b. Boston, 8 Nov., 1671; was a twin of Obadiah Jr. We believe him to have been the Samuel Emons who resided in Cambridge, and migrated thence to Wethersfield, Conn., abt. 1691, where he m. abt. 1692, a dau. of Deacon Samuel Butler, and where at least two of his children were born. He settled in East Haddam, Conn., some few years later, where he with his wife were adm. to Ch. 5 Oct., 1705, and where he died at the advanced age of 96."
