    There are a lot of pages discussing whether Samuel was capable of make a will. Mention is made of a mother living in Stephentown, Rens. county, NY; his brother Peleg Clark and a sister Mrs. Moon in Potter Co. PA. Previous wife died 4-6 years previous. Married current wife Catherine about 3 years ago. Mention is made that wife Catherine had a daughter who married Hary? Clark. Said that Samuel had no children of his own.

    The will itself begins on p. 246 and mentions wife Catherine; brother Peleg Clark; wife's daughter Catherine Elizabeth Briggs.
