Mrs. Ruby Lee German, 49, wife of Grover German and a widely-known Kittitas Valley resident, died at the Ellensburg General Hospital this morning from heart trouble. She had been seriously ill only a few days.
A valley resident most of her life, Mrs. German was born at Twisp, Washington, June 9, 1894. She was the daughter of J. L. Fulton and the late Mrs. Fulton, pioneer Twisp residents. She attended the Ellensburg schools and the Central Washington College.
Mr. and Mrs. German lived for many years in the Fairview District before moving to a home in Ellensburg. Mrs. German was active in community organizations.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Barbara, and a son, Kirk of Ellensburg; her father, J. L. Fulton of Willows, Cal.; a sister, Mrs. G. L. Newman of Willows; three half sisters, Mrs. Louis Dodge and Mrs. Clarence Hanson and Miss Doris Fulton, all of Willows, and two half brothers, Leslie and Lawrence Fulton.
Funeral arrangements have not be completed.
