Louise Murray

Fostoria -- R Louise Murray, 82, of 513 W Culbertson St, Fostoria, di ed at 10:15 a.m. Sunday, July 14, 2002, at St. Catherine Care Center, Fost oria.

She was born Nov. 18, 1919, near Kansas to Reed and Mabel (Feasel) Shaul l. She married Charles M Murray on March 7, 1944, and he died in 1974.

Surviving are a daughter, Charlotte Graves, Palm Coast, Fla.; a son, Ge ne of Fostoria; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a broth er, Donald Shaull, Tiffin.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Marsha McVicker; and a grandchild .

Mrs. Murray was a retired nurse's aid and an artist, having exhibited h er paintings and won awards in juried art competitions.

She was a U.S Marine Corps veteran of World War II, serving as a corpor al in the Women Reserves.

She attended High St United Methodist Church, Fostoria.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hoening Funeral H ome, Fostoria, the Rev. Jeffery Waite officiating. Burial will be in Liber ty Twp Cemetery, Seneca CO with military rites by United Veterans of Fosto ria.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Women's Marine Association -- Emerald Chapt er in care of the funeral home, 242 W Tiffin St, Fostoria, 44830.
