BRUCE, Roger, [died] Sept. 16, 1733.
[Note: see original, which does say September, but must be wrong as his will is dated 8 Dec 1733. The original follows a date in December, so was recorded at least that late, and precedes a date in September, suggesting a source of confusion resulting in what appears to be a misrecording. The assent of heirs suggests he died by 25 Dec, so the correct date would appear to be 16 Dec 1733.]
