Both Wikipedia and Find A Grave (likely following Wikipedia) say his father died 17 Jan 1424/25. However, J.W. Walker says it was the son (this Robert) who died on that date "when it was found that he died seised of the following manors, being the inheritance of his first wife Joan ...". Walker states on page 382 that his father's will was probated 2 Mar 1425 and on page 384 that the son's will was probated 2 Mar 1425, without mentioning that it was the same date as the father's, which makes it possible that he confused father and son. However, it appears certain that the son (this Robert) must have died about 1425, as his widow (second wife) remarried before 7 Feb 1425/26 (YAJ 30:384).
