R.C Tisdall, 68, died at his home 1116 Twenty-second street NW, Saturday morning after a lingering illness of 10 years from a complication of diseases. He came to Canton when the watch factory was located here and worked as a watch maker until the beginning of his illness. He was a Native of New York City. Mr. Tisdall was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal church and of the Grand Army of the Republic. He is survived by his wife, a daughter Mrs. Anna Hartman and a son R.A Tisdall of Cleveland. The arrangements for the funeral will be announced later. Rev. Walter McCowatt will officiate. Burial will be made at Westlawn Cemetery. |
