    Robert Rogers of Rowley, a trooper in service at Dunstable, was wounded e July, 1706, by a "spear run into my breast"; treated at Billerica to the 15th of the month, thence to Rowley (Province Laws, 8:797). He was son of John and Diana (Chiske) Rogers of Ipswich; born there 20 Feb., 1682 (Ct. R.); a sadler; died in Rowley, 18 Apr., 1723.
