PRENZLIN, ROBERT E

Robert E Prenzlin, 75, of N Union St, Fostoria, died at 5 a.m. Thursday, M ay 31, 2000 at St. Catherine's Care Center, Fostoria.

He was born Feb. 11, 1926 in Kansas to John and Clara (Shultz) Prenzli n. He married Greta M House on Sept. 9, 1950 in Angola, Ind, and she survi ves.

Also surviving are two sons, Steve Prenzlin and Dallas "Joe" Prater Jr, bo th of Fostoria; a daughter, Mrs. Ralph (Dorothy) Davidson, Upper Sandusk y; a brother, Carl Prenzlin, Findlay; seven grandchildren and two great-gr andchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Michael; a daughter, Ann Prenzlin; thr ee brothers, Johnnie, Wayne and Warren; and two sisters, Zenith Flagg a nd Etta Myers.

Mr. Prenzlin retired in 1984 after more than 30 years as a machine operat or at Autolite (now Honeywell), Fostoria.

He was a World War II Army veteran, and a member of the American Legion a nd Moose Lodge, both in Fostoria.

He was a 1944 graduate of Montgomery High School, Wayne.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel at Knol lcrest Garden, near Arcadia, where military honors will be conducted by t he joint service group of Fostoria.

No visitation will be held.
