    Note that his death date is given as 16 Dec 1842, but his will was dated 26 Oct 1849 and probated 6 Apr 1850. There is obviously an error. Assuming that there is only one error in the 3 dates, and that probate is usually closer to the death date than over 7 years later, it is assumed that the death year is wrong.
