Probate of his will has been granted to his widow, Mrs Frances Emma Western, of the above address, and his sons, Richard James Western, of 76-78 Cowick street, Exeter, baker and William Henry Western, of 38, Church Street, Paignton, baker. He left $200 and his household and personal effects to his wife absolutely, and the residue in trust for her for life, and then between his sons, Richard James, William Henry, Albert Edward, Percy Charles, and Harold George, or their issue, attaining majority." -Western Morning News. 25 Nov, 1935, p 8.
